嘉霖慈善基金由基督徒商人陳嘉威先生於2023年創立，是一家註冊非牟利機構。基金會致力於與香港教會及社福機構合作，關顧弱勢社群的需要，包括身心健康，基礎教育及環保意識等。

Wealth Charity Fund Limited was established in 2023 by Christians Mr. Chan Ka Wai, and registered as a non-profit Charity. The foundation collaborates with churches and social welfare organizations in Hong Kong to support youth from disadvantaged communities, focusing on physical and mental health, basic education and environmental awareness.
